Last week was about celebrations! We received some great news at work at the end of the week about an award we’ve won! Also, we went to a surprise party for one of Jesse’s best friends. I think surprise parties are so much fun 
This guy didn’t know what hit him, even when we were standing right in front of him yelling ‘SURPRISE!’.
I went to the opening of the Stanley Kubrick exhibition in EYE (also a celebration of some sorts). The exhibition was very impressive, with lots of big screens and movie props everywhere. I know about a lot of Kubrick’s films but haven’t seen most of them so this was a good opportunity to pick the ones for my to-watch-list (basically: all of them). The EYE building itself is also very beautiful, you may have seen it in an earlier post. 
And last but not least: I have my iPhone back! I had a HTC for a while but I bought it was a bit of a pig in a poke. Also, I couldn’t get used to it at all. Luckily my iPhone also fits very snugly in my new Etsy pouch This week I’m going to have dinner with some friends and visit an event organised by the new people of Foam Lab!
