Last weekend my sister visited Amsterdam and we met for a nice hot drink as it was the most awful weather.
We went to Mokka, a tiny lunch place in the 9 Streets area. I ordered a hot chocolate and received this chocolate block on a stick, served with hot milk! I’m familiar with these, but it’s always a nice surprise when you get one, seeing as most cafés just heat up Chocomel which is a bit of a bore.
I took this picture and decided to fool around a bit with see-through text over photographs. I have always wanted to learn that and I found this tutorial that helped me along. I really want to do more things like this with Photoshop, in the future in want to try out the tutorials Katrina has posted on her PuglyPixel blog. I’ll show you how the results worked out
